Destination Thailand Visa

Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) is a special type of tourist visa designed for those planning to have a longer stay in Thailand and, at least, will attend any of the “Thai Soft Power” activities. Below are its characteristics:

Length of Stay per Entry: 180 days

Extendable: Yes, once per stay

Obtainable From: A Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate or online through Thailand’s official e-visa website

Minimum Age for Primary Visa Holder: 20 years old

Option to Include Family: Yes

Work permit: No



Requirements:

Contact Thai Embassy or Consulate near you for Visa application form OR Online visa application

A copy of the passport biodata page. The passport must be valid within 6 months from travel date.

Photograph of the applicant taken within the past six months
-
Document indicating current location, such as driving license, bank statement, or proof of stay.

Financial evidence: amount of no less than ฿500,000 or equivalent in any currency for the last 3 months, e.g. bank statements, pay slips, sponsorship letter, or proof of salary slip/monthly income for the last 6 months

Letter of acceptance from institute or company organizing Thai soft power activities. (Sri Thepa School will issue this after the course enrollment).

Applicants of some countries may be required additional documents. Please check the nearest Thai embassy or at Thailand's e-visa website

Those with long overstay record in Thailand are not qualified.
DTV must be obtained before leaving for Thailand.

Sri Thepa School Offers Thai Soft Power Activities.
We are eligible to issue you the letter of acceptance.
Our class is fun. We are different from competitors. We blend traditional and modern dance together. Lots of fun are what we expect to see from our clients.
It's flexible. Our Thai dance class can be scheduled to the convenience of the participants. We have various sessions to choose from during a week. You can plan with ease to fit your other activities.
It's cultural. Sri Thepa's Thai dance class inserts cultural aspects to all sessions. You will find them in music and body movement while dancing with the teachers. We also provide Thai costume for participants to feel more Thai.
It's good for health. The class of Thai dance will guide you to lots of body movement. It is a good chance to dance and get body exercise at the same time.
It's for everyone. The class is designed for everyone to join. Any solo, couple, family, and group can participate the activity. It's good for all sex as well.

Thai dance course at Sri Thepa School is recommended as a Thai Soft Power activity to apply for Destination Thailand Visa.

The course is good for all ages and genders. Students will learn Thai performing arts as one of the leisure and exercise activities.

The course is flexible for any planned schedules while in Thailand. No fixed timetable.

Simply use the registration form to apply for it. There will be a 50% deposit of the course fee payment at check-out.

Sri Thepa School will issue a letter of confirmation and send it to you to use with the other documents submitting to Thai embassy/consulate/Thaievisa.go.th

Please be sure you can prepare all the documents required by the Thai embassy before applying for the course. If your visa is not approved by the Embassy with the reason of incomplete documentation, you cannot ask for a refund.

Once you have arrived in Thailand, please contact the school to set the class sessions flexible to your plan while in Thailand, and pay the rest of the class fee
